努力守護正欉鐵觀音的有機茶園「威叔茶莊」，坐落於纜車貓空站正前方的山上，可俯瞰大台北盆地美景；秉持不使用化學肥料及農藥、友愛大地、維持生態的理念，開墾出一座隨大自然運作的有機茶園。
人稱威叔的陳威志先生，在機緣下進入鐵觀音茶文化，從彰化落腳貓空，全心投入，堅持以有機農法培育正欉鐵觀音茶樹，從開墾、種植、管理、採收、製茶，都是用心經營，希望可以守護道地的鐵觀音茶，傳承醇厚的滋味。榮獲2019年冬季優良鐵觀音比賽特等獎。
威叔對鐵觀音的熱愛，除了茶葉的自產自銷，茶莊不定期開辦製茶體驗活動、茶園導覽、茶藝教學、生態文史導覽，歡迎大家一起來品茗喔。

Uncle Well Tea
Uncle Well Tea Manor is a tea field devoting every effort to grow the true Tieguanyin tea. It locates in the front of the mountain of Maokong gondola station so as to provide you an extremely nice view to look into very far distance to the Taipei basins. Uncle Well bases on the principle of organic farming, using no pesticides, no chemical materials from the stage of seeding propagation, management, plucking, and tea making to protect the natural environment.
Uncle Well is the nickname of Mr.Wei-zhi, Chen, who migrated from Changhua to Maokong and engaged himself in the development of Tieguanyin tea with an organic agricultural method. His organic farming won the special prize of Tieguanyin tea product competition in the winter of 2019.
Uncle Well’s love for Tieguanyin tea inspires him not only to grow tea in organic farming, but also to organizes the experience tour for the tea making, lessons for tea arts and introduction for the ecosystem and cultural history of Maokong area.

威叔茶莊（ウェースウ茶屋）
正真正銘の鉄観音を保護することに努める生態工法の「威叔茶莊」は、ロープウェイ猫空駅の真正面の山の上にあり、台北盆地の美しさを俯瞰できる。化学肥料と農薬を使わず、大地を愛し、生態環境を維持する理念の一心で、自然のペースに沿ってする生きる有機茶園である。
威叔（ウェースウ）と呼ばれる陳威志氏は、とあるきっかけで鉄観音文化にはまり、彰化から北上し猫空に入り、一心で生態工法を用いて正真正銘の鉄観音の木を栽培しする。開拓から植え、管理、採取及びお茶作りまで、すべて心して経営をし本物の鉄観音茶を守り、濃厚な味を伝承する。2019年の冬における鉄観音競技で優勝し、特等賞を獲得したのである。
威叔（ウェースウ）は鉄観音への情熱一心で、お茶の葉の自家栽培自家販売の他に、お茶屋では不定期な製茶体験活動、茶園の見学、お茶の淹れ方の教育ないし生態工法における文化と歴史のガイドなどの活動を開催する。どうぞ、皆様一緒にお茶飲みにきてくださいね。
