寒舍茶坊是貓空第一家有機茶園。海拔300~400公尺，四周群山圍繞、群樹包圍。家族世代茶農，以種茶為業。老闆張福欽自從轉作有機之後，堅持無毒耕作，不噴灑農藥、重視生態。
茶坊有農業體驗的導覽活動，透過種茶、製茶DIY、封茶與茶席品茗，可以更加認識茶產業。自產自銷的鐵觀音、金萱、包種等茶品，是既具品味又安心的在地伴手好禮。
既然來到寒舍茶坊，當然不能錯過品好茶的機會，坐在遍植梅花、桂花、荷花、玫瑰的戶外園區，享用當地特產的鐵觀音紅茶、文山包種茶之外，也不要錯過長年茹素的張老闆所推出的蔬食餐點：翡翠湯包、竹筒飯、素蒸餃，配茶最是對味。飯後再來一杯鐵觀音冰淇淋，在山風吹拂、花香沐浴中，感受茶莊之美，絕對讓人深感不虛此行。

HAN SHE TEAHOUSE
HAN SHE TEAHOUSE is the first organic tea field in Maokong area. Its elevation is around 300 to 400 meters, and it’s surrounded by trees and mountains. The HAN SHE TEAHOUSE is a family business making their living by means of growing tea trees in the way of organic agriculture, using no pesticides, no chemical materials to protect the natural environment.
The HAN SHE TEAHOUSE offers the agricultural experience activities to let their customers to join the growing of tea trees, producing the tea, sealing the tea package and then the final stage to drink the tea in real. The home-growing and home-selling Tieguanyin tea, Jin Xuan Oolong tea, Baozhong tea are popular souvenirs.
Since you came to visit our teahouse, we recommend you the steps of enjoyment. To begin with, you can enjoy Tieguanyin black tea and Wenshan Baozhong tea in the out-door area surrounded by beautiful plum blossom, Osmanthus, lotus flower and rose. Furthermore, we suggest you try the vegetable meals designed by our vegetarian owner Mr. Chang, for example, the Xiaolong soup buns made of green jade tea, the rice steamed in the bamboo tube and the steamed vegetable dumplings. The above meals taste better if you drink tea while eating. After the above hot meals, a cup of ice cream made of Tieguanyin will help you to calm down and enjoy the comfortable feeling made of the wind blowing and the floral fragrance bathe surrounding you. You will never regret for your decision to visit our teahouse.

寒舍茶坊（ハンスゥー茶屋）
寒舍茶坊は猫空において、最初に有機農法を取り入れた茶園である。茶園は海抜300～400メートルに位置し、四面に山々と樹木らが囲まれている。家族代々茶農を務め、お茶の栽培を生業としている。オーナーの張福欽氏が有機農法に転向してから、無毒耕作に一本筋、農薬を一切使わず、生態環境を大事にしている。
茶屋には農業活動を体験させる見学コースを備えている。茶植え、製茶のDIY、お茶の綴じ入れから、茶席でのお茶の吟味までお客様に体験させ、今後、茶産業への認知度を高め頂く。自家生産自家販売の鉄観音、金萱 、包種などの種類もあり、品位溢れるかつ安心して飲めるお見上げである。
寒舍茶坊が来たならば、美味しいお茶を吟味する好機会を逃してはならない。梅の花、桂花、蓮の花とバラの花が冴えている庭の中で、特産品の鉄観音の紅茶、文山包種茶以外、長年素食しているオーナーの張氏が特選の素食料理も逃してはならない。例えば、翡翠のスープ入りシャオロンバオ、竹入りで炊く飯、野菜の蒸し餃子など、お茶と相性が抜群である。食後に、鉄観音のアイスを味わえば、山の微風と花の香りに囲まれながら、お茶屋の美学を一度触れ合えば、過ごした時間の無駄には必ず無いと保障できる。
