店內沒有華麗的裝潢，只有年輕老闆夫婦的親切服務，親手烹煮出家常風味的佳餚，用心料理每樣在地食材，將觀音茶融入料理，端出一道道茶風味餐食。推薦店內必點招牌菜色：茶香蛤蜊雞湯、黃金白斬雞、炸茶豆腐、茶油麵線、茶葉炒飯、和風芝香過貓、茶葉煎蛋；另外推薦的私房菜：涼拌梅香苦瓜，風味絕佳，值得品嘗。
清泉廣場設有貓空唯一的兒童遊樂設施。身為人父的老闆，深刻體會做父母帶小孩出遊的辛苦，於是有此貼心設施，讓全家親子出遊，也能擁有舒心、放鬆的用餐環境。

Cing Cyuan Guang Chang
Cing Cyuan Guang Chang is located in the highest spot of Maokong area, so that it possesses the best view toward Taipei basin and the Taipei 101 building. The view scene for new year firework is so good that when the new year party of Taipei comes, it is almost impossible to get an appointment for a seat.
We do not have gorgeous decoration in Cing Cyuan Guang Chang but only nice quality of service provided from owner couples. The owner couples cook family style meals with care and native food materials. They adopt Tieguanyin tea to cook into their family style meals. We recommend the clam chicken soup with tea flavor, the golden boiled chicken, the fried tea tofu, the noodle mixed with tea oil, the stir-fried rice with tea leaf, the Japanese sesame flavor fiddleheads, the stir-fried egg with tea leaf. Furthermore, the cool dish, bitter gourd mixed with plum blossom, is our private home cuisine and worth tasting.
Moreover, Cing Cyuan Guang Chang equips the only one kids happy land facility in the Maokong area. The owner as a father deeply knows how hard parents could do outside with their children. He wants to provide a comfortable space for any family with kids.

清泉廣場は猫空の頂点にあり、視野は極めて良くて、台北盆地を一目で納め、台北101が目前に立ち、最も素晴らしい景色であると言えよう。毎年の年越しの際に、店の予約は満席となり、席一つ取るのも至難の業と言われている。
店内では華麗なインテリがなく、あるのは若いオーナー夫婦の親切なサービスのみ。若い夫婦二人がその手で家庭料理風の美味しい料理を調理し、心して現地の食材を料理し、観音茶を料理の中で取り入れ、一つ一つお茶風味の料理を出してくる。お勧めの看板料理は、お茶の香りのする蛤スープ、黄金水炊き鶏、お茶豆腐の油揚げ、茶油の素麺合わせ、お茶の葉の飯炒め、和風のゴマ風味のフィドルヘッド炒め、お茶の葉の卵炒めなどがある。他にお薦めのオーナーのとっておき料理は、梅の香りのするゴーヤ合わせがあり、絶妙な味はご賞味に値する。
清泉廣場は猫空地域において、唯一子供の遊楽施設を設ける店である。父の役割も持つオーナーは、親が子供を連れて外出する苦労を身をもって分かるから、このような気の利いた施設を設けることに用心したのである。オーナー自身が子育ての経験がある故に、お客様の親子のみんなで一緒に外出して遊ぶのに、親でも気を緩め、リッラクスできる食事環境を作り上げたのである。
