從貓空纜車站前方產業道路約130公尺的右側，就到「茶言觀舍」了。
茶言觀舍的張老闆是第三代製茶世家，有豐富的茶葉知識與專業，因為對茶葉的熱愛，想結交志同道合的茶友，共同品茶論茶，於是開設一間台式餐廳，提供各種家常風味餐食和泡茶品茗，以「察言觀色」的諧音，邀請大家入內來品嘗、一探茶文化，所以命名為「茶言觀舍」。
店內的菜色，符合現代人的健康概念，強調少油、少鹽、少味精，呈現食材的新鮮與原味，以家常菜吸引不少饕客來品嘗。餐廳位置可以看到台北101夜景，來茶言觀舍，品嘗美食兼眺望台北101遠景，再愜意不過了。

Cha Yan Guan She Teahouse
Cha Yan Guan She Teahouse is located on the left side of the road in front of the Maokong gondola station around 130 meters.
The owner Mr. Chang is the third generation of the Chang family. Based on his enthusiasm and professional knowledge of tea, he kitted off the teahouse business to invite and meet friends sharing the same love to tea. Hereby Cha Yan Guan She Teahouse gets its name in terms of a Chinese phrase which means ‘to judge a man by observing his behaviors and words,’ and moreover the Chinese pronunciation of the first word ‘cha’ is identical to the word of ‘tea.’
The menu of the Cha Yan Guan She Teahouse fits the health guideline of modern life, as less oil, less salt, less MSG and using the natural and fresh materials in cooking. Many gourmets come here to enjoy discussing about tea affairs and eating meals while sight-seeing to the Taipei 101 building.

茶言觀舍（チャーイェーグァンシェー）
ロープウェイ猫空駅前の道を約130メートル辺りの右側に「茶言觀舍」がある。
茶言觀舍のオーナーの張氏が製茶の家族事業の三代目であり、お茶に関する専門知識が豊富である。お茶に対する情熱を背景に、彼は志が同じな仲間を探し、一緒に品茶と論茶をするために、台湾式料理のレストランを開いたのである。このレストランは色んな家庭料理と茶入れないし品茶を営業項目にし、「察言觀色」の同音異義詞でお茶の愛好家の来店を誘い、共に茶文化を研究したい一心で「茶言觀舍」を店の店名にしたわけである。
店内の料理は今頃の健康風潮に乗っ取り、油と塩と味の素を少なめにして、食材の新鮮さと本来の味を引き出し、多くの常連客を引きつけては止まない。美食を食べながら台北101を遠くから眺め、これ以上の快楽はなかろう。
