Longmen Restaurant
Longmen Restaurant is admired by media as ‘one of the ten best restaurants in Taipei with night scene and delicious food.’ Longmen Restaurant offers Taiwanese foods and special mountain vegetables, such as bucket chickens, Tieguanyin tea shrimps, pork belly bun, Fried rice with Baozhong tea. We adds tea flavor into foods gathered from mountains and forest, and that made us a popular restaurant in Maokong.
Our most popular dish is the bucket chickens, because we choose the free-ranged chicken. We bakes the chicken with unique sauces until it becomes a kind of beautiful golden color, with a shape of it that the outside of chicken is crispy and inside the meat is fresh and juicy. If you want to have the chicken dish, you have to make a further appointment. Besides of tea service, we also offer Japanese muffin and exquisite afternoon rea for your leisure time in the afternoon.
We adopt an open space with wooden decoration that distribute a holiday style. We have a good view to look into very far distance to the Taipei basins and even the area of Danshui river access to the sea. We are also pet friendly restaurant, and welcome anyone to visit us with your pet(s).

龍門客棧は、メデアの選抜によって、「台北における十大夜景美食レストラン」の評価を獲得したのである。店内では、台湾式料理及び特色山菜料理。例えば桶仔雞（桶の中で焼く鶏）、鉄観音茶のエビ、グアバオと包種茶の飯炒めなどがある。お茶の香りをを用いり、山と林のなかで取った山の幸に風雅の感じを持たせ、さすがに猫空の人気レストランである。
看板の桶仔雞（桶の中で焼く鶏）の原材料に、山に放し飼いの鶏を選択し、独特のソースをかけ、鶏を黄金の色にまで焼き、外側の皮がカッリ、中の鶏肉がジューシの焼き加減が多くの常連客と国内外の美食家を呼び付けては止まない。人気の加減は、前もって電話で予約を取らないと食べられないほどである。店内では、茶道の享受の他に、日本式のパンケーキとデリケートなアフタヌーン・ティーも提供している。お客のあなた様に午後にゆったりとした時間を過ごしていただくわけである。
